How can I track my package
Once your tracking label has been created you will receive a tracking number via email. This will be used to track your package while it is in USPS's possession. Please allow 1-3 business days for us to process your order and get it shipped out.
Did not receive a confirmation email for the order placed on the website
After you have placed an order on our website you will get a confirmation email within a few minutes. In rare cases when this does not happen, please contact us and we will have our team look into why the system did not automatically send the confirmation email to you. Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to process before being shipped out.
Order still under Processing
Please allow 1-3 business days for processing orders to accommodate for a large influx of orders coming in. After this processing period, your order will be on its way to you. You should receive tracking information once it is shipped out! You will want to allow for 2-5 business days for Priority shipping and 5-7 business days for First Class shipping.
- Swap the missing item out for another product of similar or equal value
- Create a discount code for the value of the item for you to use towards your next purchase.
Over The Weekend Tracking
Over the weekend our fulfillment center is open and pulls and packages orders. While this does not count as business days it does help to make sure we stay caught up on the large influx of orders we get in every day. If you received your tracking number over the weekend it would have been picked up first thing Monday morning by USPS since they do not do pickups over the weekend. Your tracking information should update over the next day. If it has not updated by the end of the day please contact us so we can call USPS and check the status.
