We here at Vape Society Supply do take extra measures to make sure that products do not get damaged in transit however these things do happen. We know our apologies cannot make up for the inconvenience this may have caused however we do want to extend an apology for the product not making it to you in perfect condition.
Please send us photos of the packing slip you received with your order located inside the package, and the actual damaged contents in the package. Upon verification of those pictures, we will send a replacement for the broken items. We will be filing a claim with USPS, to make sure things like this do not happen moving forward. We hope that this helps to rectify the situation.
Our fulfillment team works really hard to make sure correct items are shipped out. On the rare occasion when this happens we are here to make this right and get this situation resolved as quickly as possible. Please send us photos of the packing slip you received located inside the package and the contents in the package. Once we verify those pictures we will be sending a return label for the incorrect unopened product and as soon as it is in possession of USPS we will issue you store credit for the incorrect items or send the correct item. To avoid being charged please make sure all items returned are unopened and you let us know if any items are opened and will not be returned. Again, we take full responsibility for the mistake and apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Please do not open any incorrect product as we cannot exchange out the incorrect product that has been opened.
We definitely understand the importance of receiving all the items you ordered. We know an apology does not fix the issue, but we do want to extend an apology for the mistake. We would love to supply you with that *ADD ON* on a later purchase, simply put "supply *ADD ON*, spoke with customer service" in the order notes prior to check out. We do have our team thoroughly inspect all bottles before being shipped out to make sure no bottles get shipped with an open seal. Unfortunately, despite these efforts, they do sometimes break during transit. As long as there were no signs of the package being opened by USPS we can assure you the juice has not been tampered with. We can offer samples on your next order for the inconvenience.
At this time per our policy, the bottle is not eligible for a return. We would be more than willing to offer samples on your next order to make up for any missing ml's for the inconvenience. Simply send us your order number next time you place an order. We apologize that it leaked during transit and we can assure you all of our products are thoroughly inspected before being shipped out to try and eliminate this occurrence.
An issue with product flavor or color
We can assure you that we get all of our product directly from the manufacturer. We would recommend reaching out to the manufacturer if you believe there was a manufacturer defect when producing the juice.
Manufacturer Defect Hardware
All hardware does come with a 14-90 day warranty in instances where these issues do happen. Unfortunately, we cannot exchange or return open products, however, if you reach out to the manufacturer of your hardware they may be able to exchange or repair that item for you. Ordered the wrong items which shipped already
Unfortunately, due to this reason, we would not be able to cover shipping costs, for the item to be returned. However, if you would like to receive a refund please ship the item back to us in the condition unopened. Please note we can only return unopened items and any items that are returned and are opened will not be shipped back out and we will be unable to process a refund. Sending out the expired product is not apart of the standard we have set here at Vape Society Supply. We relay such issues to our team to try to prevent this mistake from happening again, for this reason, we ask that you supply us with photos of the bottles and their expiration dates. There is a possibility that these dates are manufacture dates which simply means that that is the date the bottle was made. Once we verify those pictures if the bottle is, in fact, expired we can definitely send you out a new bottle with our fastest shipping method available.
